A transaction is a single signing request sent to one or more signers. Each document package you send for signing counts as one transaction, regardless of the number of signers or documents included.
Yes, you can upgrade from Free to Pro or from Pro to Enterprise at any time. Your new plan takes effect immediately and your billing is prorated.
Once you have used all 15 free transactions, you can upgrade to the Pro plan for unlimited transactions. Your existing documents and audit trails remain accessible.
Optional expansion packages are features you can add to the Pro plan for additional functionality like bulk sending, personalization, authentication methods, and Single Sign On. Enterprise plans include all features by default.
The Pro plan requires a minimum of 3 users at €27 per user per month. The Enterprise plan supports an unlimited number of users. Contact our sales team for pricing.
Yes. All ValidSign signatures comply with the European eIDAS regulation and are legally binding. We support Standard, Advanced, and Qualified electronic signatures.
