We are committed to minimizing our own environmental footprint as well. Our data centres are energy-efficient and hosted by KPN in the Netherlands, and we continuously look for ways to reduce waste across our operations. Our calculations show that a single digitally signed document saves an average of 12 grams of CO2 compared to the traditional paper process. Across millions of transactions per year, that adds up to a measurable reduction in greenhouse gas emissions for our customers.
We also offset the carbon emissions from our own infrastructure, business travel, and office operations through certified carbon offset programs.
